Partition Deed

THIS PARTITION DEED executed at _________ on __________________. BETWEEN Mr. ___________, son of ______________, Indian, Hindu, aged about ____years, residing at _______________________________, herein after referred to as the PARTY OF THE FIRST PART (which expression shall, unless it is repugnant to the context mean and include his legal representatives, executors, administrators and assigns)

Mrs. __________, wife of / widow of ___________________, Indian, Hindu, aged about _____years, residing at ________________, herein after referred to as the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART (which expression shall, unless it is repugnant to the context mean and include her legal representatives, executors, administrators and assigns);

AND
Miss. ____________, daughter of _______________, Indian, Hindu, aged about ____years, residing at ________________________, herein after referred to as the PARTY OF THE THIRD PART (which expression shall, unless it is repugnant to the context mean and include his legal representatives, executors, administrators and assigns)

The above three parties are herein after together referred to as 'THE PARTIES'
WHEREAS

1. The parties are all members of the Hindu Undivided Family. The party of the first part is the Karta. The party of the second part is the _______________of the Karta and the party of the third part is __________________of the Karta, respectively.
