Advertisers and their agencies assume liability for all content of advertisements display responsibility for any resulting claims against the Awaaz India Media. The Awaaz India Media assumes no responsibility if, for any reason, it becomes necessary to omit an advertisement.
Banner will be of
- The Banner will be linked to client’s website (if any)
- The Banner file sizes will not exceed15 KB.
- The duration of banner on the site is 30 days unless received as per client’s instructions and acceptance of terms & conditions.
- If Awaaz India Media creates the banner additional charges will be applicable as instructed at the time of signing of Advertisement Booking Contract.
- The payment should be made 7 days in Advance through Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of Awaaz India Media.
- Advertisement placement may commence on any date the client choose as detailed in Advertisement Booking Contract.
- All forms of advertisements require a signed Advertisement Booking Contract.
- The above rates are gross rates, not including service tax charges, if any
- There would be a cost to the client in case the campaign activity is stopped before completion.
- The contract is only between Awaaz India Media and client / customer mentioned overleaf.
- Awaaz India reserves the right to make any alteration if considered necessary or desirable in an advertisement and to require files/images/copies to be amended to meet its approvals.
Acceptance of all terms & conditions as mentioned in the disclaimer section of www.awaazindia.net is mandatory before the commencement of display and the website of Awaaz India Media.
